We offer knowledgeable advice in choosing from a wide range of carpet, vinyl, laminate, vinyl planks, carpet tile and garage carpet and are highly experienced working with all of the above to complete your flooring to your exact requirements.

We have ample experience in moisture testing of concrete substrates and identification of hydrostatic pressure and are available to discuss any concerns you may have before or during a job.

Once you’ve made the smart decision to leave your flooring needs in our capable hands, Angela can discuss your job requirements and then come along to measure the site. At this point, Angela will also bring samples along to give you an idea of which different options may suit, particularly ensuring the right colours are chosen in the right light. Once we’ve scaled the plan and quantified it we can then produce an accurate job estimate and quote which is emailed straight to you. With the accuracy of the initial measure and meeting, there are no hidden costs or wasted product and we work to keep prices extremely competitive. On acceptance we’ll take a deposit and then order materials and book a date for install.

We will touch base again a few days out from installation to make sure the timing still suits. Throughout the project we keep our customers in the loop with time frames and progress. We know how important open communication is, particularly when your home or workplace is a work in progress.

On completion of the job, we’ll ensure you are happy with the final result and answer any questions you may have, before sending an account with the remaining balance to pay. Our priority is having you walk through the door delighted with the job we’ve done.
